Ladies Team News
On Sat.10th May the Challenge Trophy Team played their first match away to The Island. This is a Golf Ireland 9 hole stableford competition for handicaps 36 plus. The team comprising Patricia Garry, Deolinda Rodrigues, Sinead Alcock, Lorraine O Byrne and Paula Corby played great golf and came away winning 4 of the 5 matches. Next match is at home against Rush. Congratulations to Maire Keogh Team Manager and her team.
On Tues in glorious sunshine, we all enjoyed our swap day in Balbriggan. Thanks to all in Balbriggan for the warm welcome and beautiful food.
We have a very busy weekend ahead with 4 Teams playing. On Fri 16th, the Mary Mc Kenna Team meet Carton House, all 5 pairs at home. Sat 17th the Revive Active Team meet Hollywood Lakes, 2 matches at home and 2 away. Sun 18th the Minor Foursomes play Balcarrick, 2 Home and 2 Away. Carton Cup team play Corrstown with 5 Matches at home. Please try and come out to support our Teams, the Ladies have been busy preparing and deserve your support.
