Senior & Junior Scratch Cups 2025 Sponsored by “The Sugar Club”

Saturday July 12th in blistering heat a full time sheet partook in our Senior and Junior Scratch Cups over 36 holes. Sponsored once again by “The Sugar Club” (John McDonnell), this event has grown significantly in recent years and is now one of the main events in our playing calendar. The great sponsorship has really help to put this 36 hole competition on the map, with visitors from far and wide. Winner of our Junior Scratch cup is the Vice Captain of Bellewstown Golf Club, Vincent Hughes and the Senior Scratch Cup winner is a member of Fortwilliam Golf Club in Belfast. Congratulations to all participants for making this a very competitive event.

The Mixed competition in the evening, also sponsored by “The Sugar Cub” . Well done to Deirdre Ormond and Niall Rocks, our winners and runners up were Jackie Lee and Jamie Lynam.
