The first leg of the Leinster Final was played against Newlands Golf Club today. With home advantage on their side, Newlands had a clean sweep of all five matches. Undaunted, The Skerries team will relish the challenge of doing the same to Newlands in the second leg in Skerries on 15th August.

Skerries Junior Cup Team put up a great fight against Hollystown but were beaten at Elmgreen Golf Club this afternoon. Hilda Cussen’s team had a great run to the third round and appreciate all the support.
Women In Golf Programme has attracted great support
Twenty women are trying out the game this summer at Skerries Golf Club. The programme, coordinated by Jo Price, consists of lessons from our PGA professional, Bobby Kinsella, plenty of trial-and-error and lots of fun. Hopefully everyone enjoys the golf and their new sport for life.
